an exquisite antique marotte dressed in a jester style, made around 1900 in Germany. The head is crafted from bisque and features lovely teeth and beautiful eyes. The bisque head is in excellent condition, with no visible damage, repairs, cracks, chips, or restoration.
A hat and a piece of wig are glued to the head, adding to its whimsical charm. The costume is well-preserved for its age, complete with bells attached to both the points of the collar and the hat. The marotte is mounted on a long stick wrapped in soft blue satin ribbon, enhancing its elegance.
