Vintage 32 Feet Long Theater Cape

Bridget was lucky enough to find some beautiful headdresses from the French Folies theaters that have survived time, as well as some costumes and this very special and rare cape.
This unique and rare piece is now for sale and will hopefully find a good new owner or museum, most of it is in the care of museums so it's a unique one-off opportunity.
The cape is made of blue velvet and is covered with many silver stars made of silver sequins, the sides have fringes of silver metal wire, the entire cape is lined and is 9.80 meters or 32.2 feet long!!
It must have been the spectacle of a show, can you imagine the dancer at the top of the stairs with this cape draped down like a waterfall....
A holy grail for the showbiz world, for a dancer, collector, or photoshoot, you can already imagine wearing it and showing it.
