Guignol Puppet Theaterw 6 Puppets
Bridget's Cabinet found this beautiful complete 19th. Century french Guignol puppet theater, it comes with 6 original guignol puppets, so it will be a fantastic scene all together. it is a quite large sized theater with its 50 inch height. it still has its stunning vibrant original colors, it has a Venetian canal scene as a background and on the front a circus scene in a village. As mentioned this theater comes with 6 original guignol dolls which is a very unique find. all different handmade puppets. These were the toys for the wealthy in those days. Because it is so large and complete this will make a beautiful scene to display. Considering it is about 150 years old this beauty is still in very good condition, there is of course some wear as you can see in the side fabric, not visible on the front, all the stunning ornaments are still complete.
