1880s Opera Puppet Theater

Bridget's Cabinet offers this beautiful rare French puppet opera toy theater from 1880, this theater still has its original toy-store tag on the front side. it comes with 2 original  puppets/ marionettes. the theater is still in perfect condition. these kind of theaters are quite hard to find. certainly in this kind of condition and with all its original elements. its decor background is also still intact, there are 3 different backgrounds so you can change it appearance as you can see in the attached pictures. it still has its beautiful red velvet curtain which can be opened by rolling up the curtain. on top there is still the original lid which can be opened, this was necessary to play the puppets. 

it is a stunning piece to show in your interior. especially the front is stunning with all its magnificent colorful details. 

it's a real collector's item.
